This week, the Go Niagara Tours team traded the trail for the sky and took to the air on the live balloon ride at Niagara Falls—and wow, what an experience.

Floating gently above the U.S. side, with the mist of the Horseshoe Falls rising in the distance, you get a whole new perspective on the power and beauty of this place. From the air, the Niagara River looks alive—twisting, rushing, and pulling toward the edge where it plunges into the gorge. You can see the patchwork of green islands, the curve of the rapids, and the skyline fading into the horizon.

There’s something surreal about it: quiet up there, except for the faint roar of the water. The towns below look small, almost delicate. It’s a reminder of how this river shaped everything here—our history, our industry, our lives.
