🍺👻 Spooktober Fest: Haunted Tour & Brewery Experience

This fall, Niagara Falls gets spooky — and a little festive. Join us for Spooktober Fest, a seasonal twist on our Ghost & Monster Tour that starts at Everest Brewery, Niagara Falls’ newest craft brewery (inside the Comfort Inn). Your first beer or cider is included, and after the tour you’ll enjoy 10% off drinks to keep the spirits flowing.

Overview

Step into the haunted history of Niagara Falls on this seasonal evening walk. From restless spirits to unsolved mysteries, our licensed guides take you beyond the postcard views into the shadows of the Falls. We’ll start with a craft brew at Everest Brewery, stroll through the park at sunset, and then dive into chilling legends beneath the twilight sky.

Hear the eerie tales of:

  • 👻 The Lady in White who roams the mist.

  • 🧌 The Hobgoblin of Fort Niagara, a trickster spirit said to guard the old stones.

  • 🧟 Mafia ghosts and dark underworld legends whispered through the city.

  • 🐾 The Yeti of the Gorge, a strange beast lurking in the shadows.

  • 💀 The cries at Devil’s Hole, echoing from one of the bloodiest ambushes in frontier history.

  • 🛸 The Man in Black, last seen after a UFO sighting near the Falls.

  • 🏺 The Lost Body of Ramses — the chilling tale of how an Egyptian pharaoh’s remains once passed through Niagara Falls on a traveling show, only to vanish without a trace.

Itinerary Overview:

  1. Comfort Inn at the Pointe

Start here — steps from the brink of the American Falls.

  2. Everest Brewery

A local favorite just beside the tour start. Great for a post-tour pint.

  3. Red Coach Inn

Walk just a few hundred feet along the park’s edge to this historic, stone-faced inn. It’s one of the most haunted spots in Niagara, and a filming location for The Office. Legend says the spirits never checked out.

  4. Pedestrian Bridge to Goat Island / State Park Entrance

Cross into Niagara Falls State Park, the oldest in America, and step into a different world — forested, misty, and mythic.

  5. Wooded Trail to Terrapin Point / Horseshoe Falls Overlook

Follow a peaceful, tree-lined path through the park to Terrapin Point, where you’ll stand beside Horseshoe Falls. Here nearly 600,000 gallons of water thunder over the edge every second, sending mist skyward and whitewater racing past your feet — a front-row seat to nature’s raw power.

  6. Nikola Tesla Statue

See the bronze figure of Tesla, who helped harness the Falls’ power. He once claimed he might use electricity to speak to extraterrestrials.

  7. Luna Island

Named for the way the moonlight illuminates the spray, this quiet little overlook sits between the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls.

  8. Return to Comfort Inn

Head back via Prospect Point. The full loop brings you back to where you started — changed by what you’ve seen.

Total Distance: ~1.4 miles (2.2 km) round trip

Duration: About 60–75 minutes at a casual pace, including scenic stops, photos, and stories.

Meeting Point

📍 Everest Brewery, inside the Comfort Inn Niagara Falls
